Featured Senior Session | Amy McCall Photography
We have a BFF session being featured on the blog today by Amy McCall Photography, located in Lewiston, ID. Here is what Amy had to say about her session!
Tell us about the session: “This best friends session was super special because these two sweet girls are experiencing completely different lives during the Covid Pandemic. Although they just live minutes apart from each other, one of them lives in Washington State and the other one lives in Idaho...their lives could not be more opposite right now.”
“Idaho schools, depending on the county, have mostly been open and full time for students. Fall sports went on as usual and students adjusted really well to social distancing and wearing masks to class. Washington schools have introduced hybrid learning...which means they are half in person and half online. No sports or extra curricular activities have been allowed.”
Tell us about the gear used: Equipment used: Nikon Z6, 85mm 1.4
What inspired this session? “Being able to get these two best friends together to document this time in their lives was so special and uplifting to each of them. It was a joy to photograph them and you could feel the happiness radiating from them being able to be together and feel like life was “normal” again.”
