A little about the session…
“Serenity is her given name and it could not be more fitting. This young lady has the most peaceful and untroubled demeanor. We shot this session in the 105 degree Texas heat and she remained cheerful and calm the entire 2 hours. We started at a local park that displays a beautiful waterfall and then drove 20 minutes out to the lake to capture the grand finale photo that really defines who she is, an artist.
Her talents are equally as impressive as her beautiful smile. Serenity is an artist extraordinaire and her voice is heavenly. Last semester she won all state and all region for 2023, her current standing in school is Magna Cum Laude, and won two silver medals in an art competition called truth, goodness and beauty.
I asked her at the end of the session which she enjoyed more, art or music and with a captivating smile and a glint in her eye she replied, "please don't ask me that question, I just don't know which one I would ever pick!" I have heard her music and have seen her masterpieces, I can understand why the choice would be difficult. She is a prodigy at both, but humble and absolutely unaware of her God given beauty. Serenity is going places! “
